Here's the official location of Safari setup file by Apple:
http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite.net/content.info.apple.com/Safari3/061-4602.20080416.t5rGb/SafariSetup.exe
This is not a temporary file so it should useful for creating an auto-downloader inside the installer.
