I utilize AutoCAD for 2d drawings so i don't know about 3d problems. However you could try to switch from software to hardware rendering in AutoCAD options.

hi all, i'm new to use linux and i don't know anything about programing a script i just know how to use AutoCad. so i used the script for AutoCad 2008 and it works good for install. the problem is that i can't enter the activation code because the window that ask for it doesn't work, when i select "enter an activation code" nothing happens so now i use an unregistred version of AutoCad, is that normal? does it mean that have a month before going back to windows?
if there is any solution tell me

Your symptoms are normal. If you would search this site a little bit then you would find that this is this bug in wine and all useful you can do is to vote, to show your interest in resolving it.

After a month you don't have to return to MS Windows. If you remove AutoCAD 2008 from PlayOnLinux after 30 days and install it again then you have another 30 days for testing. It can be repeated again and again.

i used AutoCad for a while on linux with ur script, i feel AutoCad less reactive than on Windows, i had being using AutoCad for more than 6 years now and i akways need it, if i use a virtual machine on linux would it be better?

Sadly no. It sets OpenGL video driver for AutoCAD and it's a bit shorter. If the bug would be solved i would report that on AppDB. As i heard registration is possible by importing licence.
