Wine version: 1.3.14
Distribution: Debian
Distribution version: Squeeze X86_64 (Testing)
Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce GTX480
Graphics card driver: 270.29
Comments:
- Changing the screen resolution will result in a game crash, but the change will be effective the next time you play.
- The multiplayer mode does not work since you would have to work around the anti-piracy controls (unsure with Steam version).

Here is a short preview of the game, made with the Capture plugin:
Have fun

I did not experiences thoses troubles, but you can try this to modify settings files like this :
In Engine/Config/BaseInput.ini set
bEnableMouseSmoothing=false
--------
In StormGame/Config/DefaultGame.ini set
bViewAccelEnabled= FALSE
Also try, if it's not enough, to set MouseWarpOverride to force using Advanced Wine Configuration plugin in PoL.
This will disable hardware accelerated mouse en allow wine to better support mouse moves. If it make the game better for you, report it and I will make thoses tweaks automated in PoL installer. Edited by GNU_Raziel

Use winecfg (right-click on game name in PoL->Configure this application) and set sound to Emulation in the sound tab (bottom of the window), this should fix the sound issue.
