I installed Sims 3 and everything seems to be running good so I wanted to install some custome content but can't get the framework working. Has anyone tried to use custom content or mods with PlayOnLinux yet? if so, how did you get it to work...

i am able to use custom content. Firstly, you will have to manually install the custom content using the launcher. Secondly, there is a huge problem as it is very laggy when installing a lot of content.

be patient. Notice that the launcher would appear in the notification area. If it hangs, just minimize it, wait 2-3 minutes(or longer if ur computer is slow) and restore it again. The content should be ready to install next.
