World of tanks won't start

Installed POL on my arch 64bit gnome rig. Tried to install world of tanks via POL i followed the installation and did not change any settings exept the Install direktx one.(changed form no to yes) World of tanks does not start att all and only a windows from POL appears that says that the program has crashed.
This is my error logg:

Not sure it's the root issue, but you're lacking lib32-libldap

Thanks for the quick answe :)
This resolved the problem and the launcher works fine.
Although now i noticed that the game only runs on basic grafic settings since
the install is only 32-bit so i think i will continue to do my gaming on windows.
