When i try to install dotnet45 from the configuration tab, it tries to download dotnetfx3.exe from uni-smr.ac.ru (it seems to be impossible to copy error messages from pol)
This download fails

Quick and dirty solution:
http://www-pc.uni-regensburg.de/systemsw/tools/net/3.0/en/dotnetfx3.exe
optional: compare md5sum with ~/.PlayOnLinux/tmp/ POL_Install_dotnet30
