Recently Ubuntu updated and I lost all my sound in any game I launch through Steam. The openings have sound and occasionally the very first few minutes of a game will have sound then the sound abruptly stops. I haven't made any changes to my configuration (not that I really know how to...) Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this bug?

Good morning! I didn't mean to sound rude, I am a Nurse/Paramedic on a helicopter service and I wrote that between calls, it was a real busy night.
I'm new to using Linux in any format and even newer with Play on Linux. How do I kill Puleaudio?
