Error in Pol_Wine

It says i can't run my application on 32-Bit even though im using a 64-Bit drive.

Recently I just downloaded PlayonMac after I heard about it so I can play some games, but after I set up my drive and when I put in the exe file I need to run, it gives this error message about 'Error in Pol_Wine Starting 64 bit Processor (File directory to my exe file.) Exe File is not supported in 32-Bit virtual drives'. I am using a 64 Bit drive does anybody know how to fix this?
