Hi,
* First, running PlayOnLinux (or any day-to-day tasks for that matter) as root is a bad idea. What's weird is that I also see some (your?) user home directory involved, there's some kind of mix between users' installations (!!)
* /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: Arquivo ou diretório não encontrado => you must be running a 64bit system, you need to install 32bit version of basic libraries (maybe also of your videocard libraries) to run 32bit programs like your game (and the version of Wine it requires). The way to do this depends on your Linux distribution.
* Sistema de arquivos somente para leitura => weird, no idea why some filesystem could be read-only. It can happen if it becomes corrupted, but it could be a totally different reason
* icotool: comando não encontrado => you're missing some other dependencies?
