El Foro

When I start D3 I get the following error:

"The application encountered an unexpected error."


I did some searching and they seem to think it is the vcrun2008  DLL's, but my instructions that I followed from here didn't mention doing anything special about it.

Basically when I click on Play in the initial window, the window goes away, and after I few seconds I get the error window with the above window.

I can provide any other info as needed.

I am on Fedora 17 64bit.  I have my nvidia driver installed as well as the 32bit opengl libs.
