G'day,
I've done 3 x installations of Playonlinux (Version 4.1.3) on Ubuntu 12.04. On 2 of them of installed Office 2007 & 1 with Office 2010. I've set file associations for Word, Excel & Powerpoint (I.E. docx, xlsx & pptx) but when opening the file it still refers to Libre Office. I've tried right clicking & open with other application but neither program appears. Even tried uninstalling Libre Office but still no luck. Am I missing something here as it seems a silly fault but can't locate what I may have done wrong. Thank you in advance & keep up the good work :). Cheers.

G'day Quentin. Just to confirm. I just installed Office 2010 & noticed that it already the file associations however when I double click on a docx file it still openned with Libre Office. Is this normal or am I suppose to right on a file (such as docx) then select open with other application, then select Playonlinux as the default?

That's an ubuntu story. With 4.1.6 (and superior), you can both choose to run your .docx with playonlinux or with "Word 2010" shortcut, it does not matter

I set .docx to playonlinux as word 2010 wasn't an option and all worked fine. Thank you for all your help and keep up the good work. Cheers. :-)
