Not possible to create a x64bit prefix with correct wineversion if not the same 32bit wine is installed

Description, steps to reproduce:
  1. Install only an actual x64bit Wine version
  2. Try choose install a windwos Programm not from Library
  3. try to select the downloaded x64bit version for the new Prefix
  4. selecting the downloaded wine 64 bit version not posible
