...and if not, then I would greatly appreciate any advice on wine version and any other components that would be required for that game to work.

Also, while I'm on this, are wine versions related to software configurations? If so, is there any documentation describing each version in detail? Sorry if I sound silly, but I'm on an unknown territory here.
