I've been at this for several hours and can't find a root cause, when running fallout 3: game of the year edition in steam via Mac crossover, I am encountering non-stop stuttering https://100001.onl/ .
My system details are:
Computer: MacBook Pro 14in., M1 Pro Chip, 16GB ram., running Crossover 24.0.1
I've run counterstrike 2 on my machine with little/occasional stuttering so I'm confused why an older game like fallout is struggling more. I run CS2 in a bottle using D3DMetal and this same bottle experienced stuttering in fallout 3. I set up a new steam bottle using DXVK and am having the exact same issues in FO3.
Has anyone got this game running smoothly (or even half smoothly) in crossover?
