Hey :)
Im trying to get stronghold to work... But yaa...

Im using:
Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric) - 32 bit
Gnome 3.2.1
PlayOnLinux 4.0.14
Wine 1.3.35 - Windows XP - Virtual desktop: 1366 x 768 (I have also tried wine 1.3.30, windows 95 and windows 7)
Processer: AMD Turion(tm) II Dual-Core Mobile M520 × 2
Graphic: Gallium 0.4 on AMD RV730
Memory: 5,9 GiB

Installed in playonlinux/on the virtual drive:
Stronghold 1 - Patch 1.2 - No-cd crack (it says it issent the correct cd without)
(i have also tried with only stronghold installed)

All testes in WineHQ says it works:
I have turned debug mode on...

When i start the game it crash with this error: [Full report:]

Then i downloaded DPLAYX.DLL from and put it in the same folder as Stronghold.exe
Now the game starts up fine but when it comes to the stronghold logo it crashes and i get this error: [Full report:]

I don't know what to do...
Actually i can't use wine/playonlinux to play any games at all...
Stronghold crashes after the logo shows..
Stronghold 3, css and some other games works fine but in the main menu/ingame it is just black... (i can still se text and mouse)
I think it has some thinks to do with my graphic card/driver...

Maybe it has somethings to do with this:
2) My game won't work
g) For Intel graphics cards older than Intel i965

But i don't know if my graphics card is older than intel i965...
And i can't find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Wine\\Direct3D in the Registry editor...
EDIT: Nope it is not that... If i do that stronghold 3 crashes on startup... (no def in stronghold 1 and css not tested)

If anyone could plzz help me it would be nice :)
Thanks in advance :b
