I see on the list from the website that call of duty modern warfare 3 is listed with 3 and a half stars, however in the Play On Linux interface the game is not present.

When I click the install this program on the COD MW3 Applications Page I receive

Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (playonlinux) isn't associated with any program.

Two questions

1) How do I associate PlayOnLinux URLs with FireFox?
2) What is the process to install COD MW3 Manually with PlayOnLinux?
