Listed script nolonger in database!

Playonlinux not in sync with your database

steve723	Playonlinux 4.2.1, lists The Elder Scrolls IV - Oblivion Patch 1.2.0416 in install scripts under patches. When I ran it I got 'File not found'. When I tried to report it via the crash tool, it said this script was no longer in your database! I thought playonlinux was synced with your website.
