Wine .pol corrupted

I noticed the following wine binary .pol is corrupted and is only 400kb when downloaded:

https://www.playonlinux.com/wine/binaries/linux-amd64/PlayOnLinux-wine-1.7.4-GuildWars2-linux-amd64.pol

 

This happens both from the POL app or dling from here: https://www.playonlinux.com/wine/binaries/linux-amd64/

Is it possible to recompile? I tried compiling myself, but Guild Wars 2 just crashes on start up with a Coherent UI can't start error.. I must be missing a dep.

Are you specifically trying to run Guild Wars 2 with a 64-bit Wine?

I was able to run it with Wine 1.7.49-staging and didn't have a lot of problems
