I tried all possible ways, nothing works:

playonlinux --run 'League of Legends' '/usr2/slow/links/wineprefix/LeagueOfLegends/drive_c/Riot Games/League of Legends/RADS/solutions/lol_game_client_sln/releases/0.0.1.132/deploy//League of Legends.exe "8394" "LoLLauncher.exe" "" "spectator 127.0.0.1:39969 7Qw86dLGxEbomNQ4cGn2XOyVOBXLgJqE 2688527477 EUW"'

playonlinux --run 'League of Legends' '/usr2/slow/links/wineprefix/LeagueOfLegends/drive_c/Riot Games/League of Legends/RADS/solutions/lol_game_client_sln/releases/0.0.1.132/deploy//League of Legends.exe' '"8394" "LoLLauncher.exe" "" "spectator 127.0.0.1:39969 7Qw86dLGxEbomNQ4cGn2XOyVOBXLgJqE 2688527477 EUW""'

playonlinux --run 'League of Legends' '"8394" "LoLLauncher.exe" "" "spectator 127.0.0.1:39969 7Qw86dLGxEbomNQ4cGn2XOyVOBXLgJqE 2688527477 EUW"'

If I don't use --run it just wants to launch every argument as an executable

It appears something is messed up with the launcher and installed game.  Was it working previously or is this a brand new League of Legends installation?
