How to Run an application in administrator mode?

Many programs need this option to run. I would like to know how I do this using PlayOnLinux. I tried to use the cmd that exists, but for some reason I can not run most DoS commands. I tried using the "runas" command and before that, "net users" and none works. Any idea?

Help me, please.

Expalain to me exactly what you are trying to run?

Root in Linux or Admin on POL for a specific program (binary).
