unable to find POL Vault plugin

I had to reinstall Ubuntu recently and in prep for that I used the vault plugin to save all my installs. When I reinstalled POL from Ubuntu it did not install the vault plugin, nor is the plugin available at http://en.congelli.eu/prog_info_polvault.html 

would anyone be able to help as to why? would anyone have a copy of polvault_4.0.1_all.pol I could get from them?  thanks for the help.
