I'm very new to all this - currently trying to install .Net framework 3.0

There is an existing bug  where the linked to resource no longer works. There are posts on the playonlinux forums (https://www.playonlinux.com/en/issue-5413.html) that this can be overcome by manually downloading the dotnet30.exe and placing it into ~/.PlayOnLinux/ressources/dotnet30

how do I access this directory in the Mac container?
