I've been helping a friend download Heroes 3 onto their Macbook, running Catalina, and we've run into a problem. We followed the prompt to download the game from GOG and Playonmac has been stuck saying extracting nop.exe from nop.zip for over half a day, Is their something we should be doing?

I don't know, however more details may help: What information is needed in my post?
