I'm having the age of empires game with two versions. I want both versions to play at the same time with the same installation and also have all the files. One is associated with the steam HD edition and the other is an exe create by compatibility Patch+ Userpatch 1.5. Actually I need HD edition to play with these two versions.

 Can anyone help me out from this?

The answer is no. You need to create 2 'drives' (= Wine prefixes).
