Hi!

PlayOnLinux & PlayOnMac enabled me to get windows-only games to work on my non-windows computers for quite some time now and I am very grateful! These days, I try to get Dragonica (https://playdragonica.eu/) to run on both my Linux laptop and my sister's MacBook Pro so that we can play together. I managed to get it to work quite well on the Linux laptop - some little graphical artefacts but it's very playable - so I reproduced the exact same setup on the MacBook with PlayOnMac (32-bit virtual drive, winetricks d3dx9_29, vc_redist2015 manually installed, wine version set to 4.5-staging because latest versions produced an error at game start).

I got rid of the ntlm_auth error by installing samba3 with MacPorts but when prompted for my username and password, I face an error (in French) telling me that the game client could not connect to the server whereas I can log in without any problem on Linux. The game patcher (which is displayed before the game client) seems to be able to retrieve distant information such as showing news and checking for new updates.

So I am wondering if anyone had any idea of why I face this problem on PlayOnMac but not on PlayOnLinux and what could lead me to solve it in any way.
