transcode-utils required for capture extension

When I try to open the Extension => Capture I'm asked to install a dozen of packages. One of them is 

Error in main
Please install transcode-utils

 

But the package transcode-utils cannot be found by apt-get on Linux Mint 20.04

 

Any idea how I can resolve that?
