Hey POL people!

I need help running a piece of software which is dependant on the installation of another. Basically, I can't use an engine dianostic suite called ECMSpy unless I have a runtime environment already installed for it to use.

For reference, this is the piece of software I'd like to use:

And here, the runtime application it requires:

I have no idea how to make this work, any advice wouldbe greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Name of my distribution (POP OS 20.04)

- Full computer specs (Core i.7 1.6GHZ, 16bg Ram, Onboard)
- Name of the software and its version - ECMSpy
- Your desktop (Gnome)
