OnTarget Install Issue

Installs on ARCH not Debian

Having an issue with a particular software app called OnTarget Shooting https://ontargetshooting.com.

When using ARCH I can use the following app from the AUR Playonlinux 4.4+29+gd0ae9ce6-2 and the software installs and works. 

When using Debian and use PLayonlinux 4.4 the OnTarget software appears to install, but when opening the software I see there opening select screen. When clicking to open it dies.

When installing on Debian the software it does install C++ runtime but not mono.

Looking for any suggestions. Would rather be using Debian.
