PlayOn Mac is a great tool and so elegant in comparison to other emulators und virtual machines.
There is a precious CD with a corpus of Arabic poetry für Windows. I used it with Parallels and emulated Window7, regional settings Arabic and the respective keyboard.
When loading it up to PlayOn Mac it seemed to work fine, one could even listen to the specimina of poems. The problem is the Arabic text. The texts are given in Latin letters and naturally gibberish; e.g.:
ÇáãæÓæÚÉ ÇáÔÚÑíÉ should be Arabic موسوعة شعر
In the dialog boxes there are only question marks.
Any idea how the Arabic script, encoding and keyboard could be imported (a wine bottle?).
Thanks in advance for help.
