Hopefully this is the right place for this discussion. Let me now if it isn’t. Bear with me… I’ve recently been looking for a better gaming experience than my base 14” M3 MacBook Pro can offer and I’ve been looking into building my own gaming PC or buying a prebuilt PC. On the one hand, as many of us know, that’s a very expensive experience given the prices of GPUs (for the most part) and CPUs. A good gaming rig for constant 4k 60 FPS will cost me around $1500. That’s being lucky and compromising in certain areas. And this would be a PC I would only use for gaming given that everything else I own are Apple products. Follow me so far? Ok, good. On the other hand I recently tried GeForce Now ultimate subscription on my Mac. It’s about $20 /month and I was blown away by its performance. I bought Star Wars Fallen Order on Steam for PC for $6 and played the whole thing without a hitch at 4k 60FPS Ray Tracing On, the whole thing. I started doing the math and realized that if I payed for GeForce Now ultimate subscription of $99 every 6 months it would take about 7 years before I spend anywhere near close to $1500. Does that make sense? Sure I would need good/great internet connection and I would have to keep buying the games from Steam for PC but as long as the service is working I would game without problems. Am I missing something? Is there something I’m not seeing? https://192168ll.link/  https://routerlogin.uno/
