I'm looking to buy a new macbook in August. Does anyone know when the current lineup of macbooks were released? Idk if I should wait or buy one in August.

Also, is the m3 max that much better for gaming than the m3 pro? I wish apple didn't require 36 GB of ram for the m3 max, it's putting me over $4k for a 16 inch with the m3 max and 2tbs of storage. Was hoping to keep it at $3500 or less. Preferably $3k
