So the first question is: should I use fedora or arch distros in order to use newer hardware such as RX 7900XT?

second question: What is the preferable app packaging for fedora that are not in the DNF: should I use COPR or Flatpak or register the ppa manually? what could be the correct order? what is your preferred order?

third question: In case that I want to learn machine learning, can the tools run on Radeon ROCm or I have to be using Nvidia CUDA    ?
