problem with installation of fables: the lost chapiters

the optical disc drive does not open

draonix	Hello, I try to install Fables, and unfortunatelly some problems appear. The disc drive does not open even when I force with the consola. Does somebody solve this problem? and how can I solve solve it ? Thanks,

draonix	It said that it is impossible to open the disc... "Impossible to open the disc drive" Then everything (installation) is freezed.

draonix	I tried directely. But it does not open, when I force it physicaly or using sudo ....
