hi

i have found this patch to fix the background music for fallout 3

however I have no idea what im looking at or how to apply this patch
is there a guide or way to do this with playonlinux??

i have tried the latest version of wine 1.3.10
and also tried replacing the winmm.dll.so in a custom prefix with no luck
