Game_VMS ste to min value of a GTX 660 (3x512Mb)

Low framerate workaround and OpenGL 4.5-DirectX11 workaround as messages (I don't know how to do it in POL)

Again I can provide image (top, left, 4!x48 and 22x22) for POL
