Trying to install GOG F.E.A.R.
Copied installation files to my /tmp folder and tried to install from there. In the first instance I told POL to install DX9 and then the program using the GOG installer. This went fine until I received an error message stating simply
Followed by another message stating Out of Stack Space.
I then tried using the POL script already written for F.E.A.R. but changing it to my version of WINE (1.6.2) and to point at the setup file in my /tmp.
I opened POL, selected to install from a script and told POL to use the script /home/stuart.pol.sh. I then received a message
Next - Here is the source code of the script. Check it carefully.
Here is the POL log output from trying with the GOG installer:

That's to be expected, the modified script is not signed.
It seems our packaged Wine does not find a compatible libxml2 library in your system. I have no experience with PCLinuxOS, so I don't know what to suggest.

Something got stuck in X, maybe a video driver issue.
