Not yet.   They are apparently working on a way to get it to run, but it takes time.   They will have to come up with a new version that runs on 64 bit Macs.  Another problem is that Wine doesn't work on Catalina, so they have a lot of work to do to get it to run.   I am in the same boat as you, waiting for them to get it to work.  I just got a new computer with Catalina.   I am sure they will let us know when PlayOnMac is compatible with Catalina on the other thread.  Just follow the other thread, and you will know soon enough.
