I just got the app, and I'm excited, I can't lie. But when I try to click on it, it said that its from an unrecognised developer, I clicked open app anyway, but then when I click it again, the app icon just bounces and does nothing. I feel like the home is where I have to set it up.

I have the same problem.  I just got a new MacBook Air 2020, and can no longer use PlayOnMac.  I think this is because the operating system on my new computer can no longer play Wine.  I receive no error message, but it won't open.  It bounces up and down, and then nothing happens.  Mac OS Catalina Version 10.15.5 Graphics = Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB.
