Creataing a MS Word shortcut

Howdy

I installed MS Office 2010 on the Unity desktop.  I've now installed KDE and plan on using it as the primary desktop.  How do I create shortcuts on my desktop to Word and the other Office applications?  Playonlinux placed them on my desktop for me in Unity but they're nowhere to be found in KDe..

Any help would be most appreciated.
