Fixed EN_UTF8 Language file

I fixed the English language file in the newest version of PLayOnLinux.
I eliminated spelling mistakes and changed the grammar to make it sound more natural.

One mistake I noticed that should be modified -

When you click install, it says "Please choose a type of application ton install"

It should be

"Please choose a type of application to install"
