Yeah, that is usually the same experience for me as well.  I guess CMST only affects certain games.

From what I read on WineHQs, just don't switch 64-bit or 32-bit virtual drives.  Just keep it all 32-bit and you should be fine.  Not sure what "flags" support at Wildstar, but we'll see what happens
