I am trying to play the game Banished from Shining Rock Software on Ububtu 64-bits

I installed the windows 64bit prefix, Wine v1.7.19 with the component "Microsoft Core fonts", "Dx11" and tryed the program.... it seems to be stuck in a loop during the program load!

Installing in a 32bit prefix with Wine 1.7.24 seems to work.  The key seemed to be installing in a 32-bit prefix.

@DirkGently: Thanks! I did get the game working, even with sound once I installed the June 2010 DX10 runtime.
