Can I change wine version from 32bit to 64bit? Because ETS2 MP only 64bit support.

64-bit versions of Wine engines are not currently available for PlayOnMac.  You will have to wait for the developers to introduce them, unless you are able to build them from source yourself.

You need to watch the developent of WINE.  At present, and according to: https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#How_do_I_create_a_32_bit_wineprefix_on_a_64_bit_system.3F , it is not (yet) possible to install 32-bit apps on a Prefix (Drive) created with a 64-bit Wine Engine.
