i am using low settings and latest crossover dx9 i have played darks souls

2 before (pirated version) it was working fine at constant 60 fps but now i bought dark souls2 scholar of the first sin and when i play it it also runs at 60 fps until i am standing as soon as i start moving it stutters a lot help me
