How to choose a Wine version for an exe

I have a game installed for windows, how can I run the game with playonlinux without actually installing it?
I just need to run the exe with a particular wine version that I have downloaded already.
Is this possible?
Running it with wine normally uses the system version of wine that is not the right one for the game.

Go to tools menu -> Manage wine versions
