We can test other versions, too. Just not everyone has the money to shell out for different versions of the same game. ;)

As EA's Origin is mainly broken with wine and do not offer any multi-platform games like steam do, when I have to buy a game from steam or Origin, I choose steam.

Thus, EA's Origin do not permit automated game installation like steam do, PoL user HAVE to do far more manual steps with Origin than with steam and as PoL is designed to be the most user-friendly and easy to use as possible, steam is by far the best choice over Origin.

As a side note, the best choice of all is GoG since there is absolutly no DRM but that's another story.

i undestand, in my case my friend lent me de DVD but him use windows and me of corse use linux xD how i can play the game with the DVD?

There is only two version of this game : steam or origin.

The two version require a valid steam or origin account with this game bough on so there is only 3 possibles way :
- Your "friend" have the Steam DVD version but it's no use to you since you need his account to play. If you have hiw account (I doubt it) simply use our dedicaced installer, log on his account and the game will download from steam servers.
- Your "friend" have the Origin DVD version (not even sure this disk version exist) but it's no use to you since you need his account to play and even if you have it Origin is broken with wine.
- You have non-legit version of this game and you will have no help here since we do not support piracy.

I tryed install in a virtual machine and the installation ask me the steam account xD

You were right is a steam DVD version. him lent me the account i will try install in the playonlinux now =D

Good, since you have the Retail Steam disk, send me a screenshot of it's content plz, this will allow me to add support for this disk version to the PoL installer.
