I can manually install this and it seems to run fine, further testing would be needed.

You should post up the information to how you got it running, and maybe someone will write a script. Though, there is already a "native" version (wrapped via wineskin) available, this might prove useful. There are some really, really good, free, open-source OSX DLNA servers, though.
