I have Red alert 3 installed in windows on my computer, via origin. Now I would like to install it in Linux (on the same computer). How do I locate the setup file?

That is not how Wine and PlayOnLinux works. Please read the documentation on how POL works, as it does not seem that you have done that, and follow the instructions to install your program. If you have further issues, please post here in the forums with your full computer specs and debug output (read all of the forum rules and stickies, please.).
