League of Legends Stopped working since last patch

Ever since the last patch.  When I run LoL, it changes my moniters resolution and plays the game with a smaller resolution.  If I try to change it in game it crashes LoL game client.  Also the item shop looks similiar to that of the bug the TUX patcher fixes ( and yes I have ran the TUX patcher).  This means I can't buy hardly anything from the in game shop.

I fixed this bug by reinstalled League of Legends.
