I'm busy creating a script to play sam & max season 1. The first episode seems to be working, but I don't want half a job so I want to place Icons on the launchers...

but how??

how do I get an .xpm file for the game Icon (generate somehow? how do the guildwars and warcraft 3 launchers do it?)
